Our bar and parlor can comfortably host up to 40 guests for a cocktail party or it can be transformed to accommodate 20 business associates for a company meeting. The hotel's surrounding gardens can welcome a group of up to 100 people for anything from an outdoor wedding to a pre-UW Badger game barbeque party.

Weddings

A wedding at the Mansion Hill Inn is more than simply a wedding; it is an experience that you and your guests will cherish and remember.  The hotel's classic setting with luscious gardens, rich furnishings and Victorian architecture form Madison's most distinctively intimate venue.

The Mansion Hill event planner is at your service to coordinate your big day—and it all starts with getting to know you. In our initial consultation, our event planner will spend time learning what is important to you and will help you articulate the vision of your wedding. We’ll discuss with you the scope, itinerary and budget of your wedding, and together we’ll establish the extent to which you would like to use our planning services. 

Mansion Hill Inn Services:

We have worked to develop lasting partnerships with local Madison vendors who can provide all the necessities for your gathering.  Allow us to assist in coordination of food, beverages, flowers, music and any other essential details for your special event.  Moreover, reserving the Mansion Hill Inn in its entirety for your social occasion gives you exclusive access to the hotel’s exceptional hospitality.

Madison's finest hotel offers ten beautifully appointed guest rooms with the capacity to accommodate up to 23 overnight guests. Rates include the Mansion Hill Inn’s spectacular accommodations and a buffet breakfast in the morning.

Deposits and Cancellations:

A 50% refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. Exclusive events will call for a reservation of a minimum of eight rooms.  All cancellations must be received in writing two months prior to event date.
